SPICE+ (Incorporation of a Company) -

With effect from 15^th February 2020, a new web based form named ‘SPICe+’ (pronounced ‘SPICe Plus’) has been introduced replacing the existing SPICe form. SPICe+ stands for Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company electronically. SPICe+ offers services by 3 Central Government Ministries & Departments (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Labour & Department of Revenue in the Ministry of Finance) and One State Government (Maharashtra), thereby saving as many procedures, time and cost for starting a Business in India. A total of 10 services are being offered by Spice+.

Features
1. SPICe+ is an integrated Web Form.
2. SPICe+ has two parts :
   Part A – for Name reservation for new companies and
   Part B – offering a bouquet of services i.e.
     a. Incorporation
     b. DIN allotment
     c. Mandatory issue of PAN
     d. Mandatory issue of TAN
     e. Mandatory issue of EPFO registration
     f. Mandatory issue of ESIC registration
     g. Mandatory issue of Profession Tax registration (Maharashtra)
     h. Mandatory Opening of Bank Account for the Company and
     i. Allotment of GSTIN (if applied for)
3. Part A and B can be filed either together or first part A can be submitted and post name approval, part B can be filed.
4. The new web form facilitates on-screen filing and real time data validation for seamless incorporation of companies.
5. The approved name and related incorporation details as submitted in Part A, automatically get pre-filled in all linked forms also viz., AGILE-PRO, eMoA, eAoA, URC1, INC-9 (as applicable)
6. SPICe+ has been structured into various sections and information once entered can be saved and modified.
7. Registration for EPFO and ESIC is mandatory for all new companies to be incorporated through SPICe+ w.e.f 15^th February 2020 and no EPFO & ESIC registration nos. shall be separately issued by the respective agencies.
8. Registration for Profession Tax has also been made mandatory for all new companies to be incorporated in the State of Maharashtra through SPICe+ w.e.f 15^th February 2020.
9. All new companies incorporated through SPICe+ w.e.f 15^th February 2020 would also be mandatorily required to apply for opening the company’s Bank account through the AGILE-PRO linked web form.
10. All Check form and Pre-scrutiny validations (except DSC validation) happen on web-form itself.
11. Declaration by all Subscribers and first Directors in INC-9 is auto-generated in pdf format and is now submitted only in Electronic form in all cases, except where:
Total number of subscribers and/or directors is greater than 20 and/or any such subscribers and/or directors has neither DIN nor PAN.

Form INC-35 AGILE PRO (Application for GST, EPFO, ESIC and Bank Account opening)

Application for Goods and services tax Identification number, employees state Insurance corporation registration plus Employees provident fund organization registration, Profession tax Registration (in Maharashtra) and Opening of bank account(AGILE-PRO). This is also a web based form.

RUN “Reserve Unique Name” (Application for Name of a Company)
As per the latest announcement made by MCA, the RUN form can be used only for the purpose of change in name of a company.
