Rajesh Bansal

Rajesh Bansal is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of tax, accounting, and managerial experience, specializing in handling direct and indirect tax compliances along with implementing accounting department processes in large multinational firms.

He provides a broad range of tax planning and is skilled in providing support with Tax Administration and Compliance, Audits, Income Tax Filings, Direct Tax Litigation, and MIS Report services. Over the past two decades, he has assisted various clients with their tax and audit-related requirements while working with companies like RSM Co, Grant Thornton as well as the Big 4 Accounting Firms including PwC, and KPMG.

Rajesh has also worked with one of the largest software company, Oracle and was instrumental in setting up numerous processes including GST implementation and designing internal policies and procedures covering cross functional line of businesses.

With profound experience in leading the tax department, Rajesh brings more than an outsider’s perspective in the firm.  As a leader, his impeccable problem-solving approach has been largely contributed in overall efficiency of the project he has been a part of.
